Content Moderator

Location: Porto Portugal (onsite)

We offer:
Base Salary: 950 euro per month (for 14 months)
Language Bonus: 450 euro per month (for 12 months)
Meal Allowance: 1837 euro per year (net)

Signin bonus: 1000 euro

Work Hours: 5 days a week 8 hours a day
Training (4 weeks)
Relocation Package: Includes flight ticket and 3 weeks of accommodation

Requirements:
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Attention to detail and dependability
Multitasking ability and flexibility to adapt to changes
Tolerance for repetitive tasks in a highproduction work environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Patience and professionalism in customer interactions
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Preferred: Associate degree in a related field with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
Strong customer service orientation

Language Requirements:
German: C1 level proficiency
English: B2 level proficiency

Responsibilities:
Review online videos content complaints and legal notices for incorrect decisions related to copyright
Review and update content on popular social media platforms
Audit received content and share for social media upload
Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs
Maintain broad knowledge of client products/services
Adhere to accuracy guidelines set by the client
Protect customer data and follow compliance processes
