Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at a premier Long Term Care Facility in North Dakota. As an RN you will play a vital role in providing highquality care to our residents ensuring their comfort safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident Care: Provide direct nursing care to residents including administering medications monitoring vital signs and managing patient records.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
  • Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of residents physical and mental health adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with residents families and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all nursing practices comply with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
  • Education: Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff to ensure a supportive and efficient care environment.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state of North Dakota.
  • Experience in longterm care geriatrics or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • BLS/CPR certification required.
