Software Architect

Job Overview:

We are looking for a visionary Software Architect to join our team and lead the design and development of our software systems. As a Software Architect you will be responsible for creating highlevel architectural designs guiding technical teams and ensuring that our software solutions are scalable robust and align with business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders including developers project managers and business leaders to deliver cuttingedge solutions that drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design & Development:
  • Define the overall technical architecture of the software ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable reliable and secure software systems considering performance maintainability and extensibility.
  • Create architectural blueprints technical documentation and system models to guide development teams.
• Technology Strategy & Innovation:
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies tools and best practices in software development.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies frameworks and platforms to enhance the software development process.
  • Lead the adoption of modern development practices such as microservices cloudnative architectures and DevOps.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that software solutions meet both functional and nonfunctional requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers ensuring best practices in coding design and architecture.
  • Review code designs and documentation to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product managers business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communicate architectural decisions and strategies to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation providing input on technical risks challenges and timelines.
• Quality Assurance & Performance Optimization:
  • Ensure that software systems are designed and developed with a focus on quality performance and security.
  • Implement best practices for testing monitoring and optimizing system performance.
  • Conduct performance analysis and tuning to ensure systems meet required performance benchmarks.
• Risk Management & Compliance:
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks related to architecture and design decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards regulations and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with at least 4 years in a software architect or technical leadership role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in software design principles patterns and best practices.
  • Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g. Java .NET Python JavaScript).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in database design and management (SQL NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
• Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect TOGAF or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are preferred.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams in a fastpaced environment.
