Lease Interpretation or Real Estate background
SAP skills
Temp Lease Coordinator duties:
Monitors landlord accounts with debit balances and works out arrangements for prompt recovery
Performs effective and ongoing communication with landlords and other key customers. Prepares professional correspondence with appropriate detailed spreadsheets and other support as needed
