Salary Range: $140000 $156000 per year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical direction to contractor team including developers testers analysts and support specialists ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design implement test and validate systems ensuring integration with enterprise systems and capabilities.
• Design develop and maintain new/existing code using ObjectOriented Analysis (OOA) and ObjectOriented Design (OOD).
• Oversee and approve teams work throughout the development lifecycle (requirements analysis design development testing and deployment).
• Assess technical tasks support release planning and provide strategic recommendations for future technical initiatives and upgrades.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 10 years of experience as a system architect and/or technical lead.
• 8 years of experience in system integration development and package implementations.
• 3 years of experience leading enterpriselevel IT projects involving MS Dynamics MS SharePoint SOLR Jenkins Maven Oracle SQL Server Windows Unix Linux J2EE .NET PHP Java and FileMaker.
• Experience with cloud computing and cloudbased technologies.
• Prior experience with Software Engineering (e.g. Requirements Design Implementation Testing) and the Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC).
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust (MBI).
