Client Interaction:

Address client inquiries promptly, escalating complex issues to the Consultant when necessary.
Data Management:
Ensure accurate and timely entry of all client data and service outcomes into the cloud database.
Maintain organized records of client interactions and service documents.
Quality Control:
Adhere to quality standards and guidelines provided by the Consultant.
Conduct self-checks to ensure the accuracy and quality of work before submission.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.
Offer suggestions for improving service processes and client engagement based on personal experience and client feedback.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with associates and the Consultant to ensure smooth service delivery.
Assist team members as needed to meet client needs and deadlines.
