To identify and develop local reference sites and increases Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) satisfaction in collaboration with Customer Service (CS) Application team.
To monitor and analyze market trends and competitor clinical activities to inform strategic decisions in our clinical value proposition strategy.
To coordinate and engage in clinical seminars, workshops, and marketing events that reinforce the BL’s strategic marketing objectives.
To offer comprehensive clinical support to customers, including clinical demonstrations and assistance with advanced application utilization.
