As Social Media Officer, you will be responsible for creating social media editorial plans and content calendar. You’ll implement Qatar Airways Group social media strategy, create competitor analysis and daily performance monitoring and reports. You’ll also be responsible of community management and content publishing across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Qatar Airways social media calendar and editorial plans, including scheduling and publishing
• Create campaigns to enhance social media presence
• Monitoring and analyzing social media performance across all platforms
• Create and execute a community management plans across all platforms
• Create reports and presentations for senior management
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project management, planning and paid campaigns management.
