Job Description
- Collaborate with the purchasing and vendors team to ensure product availability and manage inventory levels for The E-Commerce Group.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency in order processing and fulfillment.
- Manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and categorization on The Group's e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Optimize product pages and listings to enhance search visibility and conversion rates.
- Handle customer inquiries related to products and orders, providing exceptional service and support.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to keep The E-Commerce Group's offerings competitive and relevant.
- Assist in the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies to drive sales and growth.
- Provide general support across various functions to ensure smooth and efficient e-commerce operations for The E-Commerce Group.
