Job Description
• Preparing applied samples; epoxy, sealant, PU, Dispersion, cement, TG….etc. to verify its actual applications and invent new ways to apply samples.
• Purchasing substrates needed for Preparing the applied sample orders and designing substrates for special sampleorders
• Packaging applied samples in a presentable and clean way
• Perform site trials with the sales team when needed
• Maintain a log for all samples
• Notify team leaders and QA team whenever a production sample is received with bad properties.
• Briefing team leaders of the application and rheology of newly developed and modified, existing products and prepare a comparison with competitor products
• Advice on formula amendments needed to be made to facilitate the product application
• Assist team leaders and lab technicians in preparing test substrates; molds…etc.
• Receiving raw materials orders from the factory and verifying them
• Coordinate with specification & marketing team to confirm that the applied sample orders were received by the customer and obtain their feedback
• Responsible for the maintenance of ACs, doors, electrical wires and sockets, pumps, compressors…etc. “other than testing machinery”, and coordinated with.
