- Analyzing Qiddiya policies, procedures, processes, manuals, and its associated documents.
- Developing/ updating policies, procedures, processes, manuals, forms, templates, toolkits, and associated documents based on the industry's best practices.
- Developing process enhancement strategies.
- Establishing the project governance norms and standards.
- Meeting with SMEs to discuss the enhancement of the policies, procedures, processes, manuals, forms, templates, toolkits, and associated documents.
- Creating and presenting process improvement reports.
