Our client is a fast growing startup selling innovative supplies to tattoo artists. They have experienced rapid growth since launching just over a year ago and are looking to free up their time to focus on continuing to build their business. Their products are helping tattoo artists hone their skills and they have a vision to transform the industry.
We are looking for a passionate individual to join a tightknit team dedicated to taking their eCommerce business to the next level. You will work closely with the founders wearing many hats as you help manage their Facebook ad campaigns. If you love startups and want to make an impact this is a great opportunity.
Schedule:
- Parttime
- 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
- Monday Friday
- Flexible between 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Pacific Time (12:00 AM 8:00 AM Manila Time)

Responsibilities:
- Manage the ad account and would need an understanding of ad metrics increasing or decreasing ad spend reading ad analytics launching new ads and anything else that has to do with Meta advertisements.
- Manage and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a paid media strategy that aligns with the companys business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance provide insights and make datadriven decisions to improve ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends tools and best practices.
- Manage budgets effectively ensuring maximum returns on ad spend.
- Work closely with paid media counterparts and agencies to improve KPIs for paid media channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms like Google Analytics.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications in social media advertising platforms are a plus
- Experience in managing large paid media budgets.
- Knowledge of advanced targeting and retargeting strategies.
