Job Description

INDUSTRYLEADING COMPETITIVE PAY:

Selected routes average between $980 $1746 per week with a PAY INCREASE coming September 2024 in which you will average between $1286 $1789

Starting pay is 57.5 cpm with a PAY INCREASE to .59 cpm in September 2024

Average betweenmiles per week

$20 stop pay with a PAY INCREASE to $20.25 per stop in September 2024

Average 510 stops per week

Detention and breakdown pay available

You will be HOME DAILY with day and night positions available depending on the route you select

Your freight will be 100% NO TOUCH

Enjoy a FIVEDAY WORKWEEK with potential weekend shifts (either MondayFriday or TuesdaySaturday).

CHOOSE YOUR ROUTE and benefit from start and end times that suit your preferences

Your workweek starts on Monday or Tuesday depending on selected bid route OFFERING YOU FLEXIBILITY

Hauling 100% NO TOUCH food products miscellaneous goods and furniture to big box retail store locations in the GA NC and SC markets

EXPAND YOUR SKILLS with a blend of reefer and dry van driving reefer training included!

NEED A CHANGE Bid on new routes 2x year

Our late August rebid process gives all drivers the opportunity to select routes by seniority ensuring you can choose the SCHEDULE THAT WORKS FOR YOU

Several routes will also include a backhaul


Requirements

Job Requirements

Drivers must live within a 75mile radius

Must have 1 year of verifiable tractortrailer experience within the past 3 years

Drivers must have Class A CDL

Must be 21 years of age or older

No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years

No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years

No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years

No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater following too closely improper passing traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality)

No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years

No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years

Open/Close Trailer Doors force requirement: 46 lbs

Count freight

Complete fuel tickets

Obtain sales leads

Hook/Unhook trailer force requirement: 90lbs(Class A Only)

Perform pretrip inspections

Drive

Regular predictable attendance

Enter/Exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle

Enter/Exit the rear of a trailer from ground level
