Job Description

We are hiring for Customer Service Representatives!

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must at least be a high School level graduate (Old Curriculum) completed 4 years (New Curriculum) K12 Program
  • At least one (1) year experience as an Agent in the BPOsetting for customer service or technical support line of business supporting international customers.
  • Must have experience in a Voice Channel Minimum of 6 months
  • Average to above average English competency both verbal and written.
  • High preference for experience supporting entertainment and/or media streaming services
  • Experience with Google Suite of products and with MS Office is preferred
  • Back office (chat email and/or social media) experience is ideal
  • Ability to make wellreasoned judgements quickly and repeatedly
    Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously grow and learn
  • Selfdirected but also great at collaborating
  • Receptive to feedback given by direct supervisor and other stakeholders
  • Positivity and resilience this team will be a wild ride!
