About the Role: As the Assistant Hotel Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daytoday operations of the hotel. You will support the Deputy General Manager in managing staff overseeing guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service. Your leadership and organisational skills will be key in driving the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.

About the Client: Our client is a renowned luxury hotel set in the heart of Cheshire offering a wide range of services including fine dining a worldclass spa and two championship golf courses. The hotel is known for its commitment to providing guests with extraordinary experiences combining refined elegance with a deep connection to nature.

Working Hours:

• 5day working week (weekend availability)

• 40 hours per week

Key Duties:

• Assist in managing daily hotel operations

• Supervise and train staff to ensure high service standards

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

• Monitor financial performance and assist in budget management

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Support marketing and promotional activities

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
