Qatar Foundation is seeking a talented and motivated Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Doha. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from a remote location. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Providing product information and assistance to customers
- Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently
- Documenting all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery
