Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Archivist to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Identifies, collects, arranges, and preserves data and documents related to Manager, Registration.
• Analyzes documents and classifies them in accordance with related functions and importance; establishes and maintains effective indexing procedures.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates a plan of archival management and services in consultation with Manager, Registration.
• Inputs records into the Client Registry for retrieval and application processes.
• Prepares log report for title deed registration status.
• Identifies, collects, arranges, and preserves SPA and related documents.
• Sends notification and the status of documents to the developers.
• Sends reports and documents for title deed registration status. ”Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and typically 7+ years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of city management/ real estate operations
• Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications suite
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, in both Arabic and English
