About the role

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our Global Sales team as a Global Sales Senior Officer.

As a Global Sales Senior Officer, you will As Global Sales Senior Officer you will be required to provide commercial business support and assistance to the Global Key Account Managers under Business Travel function including project management, governance and compliance, to enable revenue growth and revenue protection while keeping a clear focus on commercial alignment. In addition, perform data analytical tasks to identify and support business activities driven from management requests and self- generated.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:
• Actively support Business Travel team in growing business relationships with corporate portfolio and achieve revenue target through ongoing review of existing businesses.
• Provide deep analysis and research into business opportunities within a changing global marketplace in order to make informed commercial decisions and reduce speed to market.
• Responsible for being an effective interface between global sales function with other internal departments including but not limited to Contracts/Legal/Finance/local sales teams for implementing and maintaining sales policies.
• Provide support and assistance to Key Account Managers & field offices that complement their requirements in achieving their sales targets/KPIs.
• To identify and highlight required improvement areas within existing processes.
• Prepare intelligent reports and analytics for client and internal stakeholder business reviews to provide the commercial organization with visibility and support in making decisions.
• Lead analysis of revenue data and build templates to identify improvement opportunities in the Business travel segment.
• Prepare analysis and make fact-based proposal to senior management to improve revenue production
• Support management with ad-hoc analyses
• Participate in & support the incentive agreement processes both from sales generation and cost reduction basis to achieve speed to market and maximize return on investment.
• Support Global Sales wider commercial objectives across relevant functions through the formulation, development and implementation of tools and products that would facilitate and enhance station performance capabilities.
• Lead User Team Acceptance Testing of products and systems developed for the business and delivered by IT Teams in order to ensure accurate timely delivery on commercial products.
• Support in drafting and maintaining business line or product specific SOPs and guidelines in order to facilitate further business alignment and compliance.
• Conduct periodical control checks using the tools provided to mitigate potential compliance risks from the business according to set policies and procedures.
• Research/develop and produce B2B communication material in coordination with marketing specialists, relevant for specific client bases.
