Job Description
- o Perform feasibility analysis, scoping projects, and working with the project management team to prioritize deliverables, and to negotiate on product functionalities
- o Understand both FADEL’s and the clients’ business, products and processes
- o Create detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translating it into functional specifications
- o Develop, documents and maintains complex business models and should interact with all departments
- o Implement the new features of the IT system (technical design) Technical Recommendation and Testing
- o Coordinate testing efforts with QA
- o Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
- o Work with client personnel to identify required changes
- o Communicate changes requests to development team
- o Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
- o Apply supervisor’s feedback and suggestions appropriately and accurately
- o Communicate and applying project standards
- o Consistently delivering high-quality products/services to our clients
- o Explore new ways of opportunities to increase client/customer satisfaction
- o Participate in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing
- o Conduct training programs both inside and for clients to implement new business model
