Job Description

Liaise with landlords and contractors for core building maintenance (e.g., lifts, fire pumps) to resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections across allocated buildings to ensure cleanliness, structural integrity of buildings, availability of basic first aid and fire-fighting equipment, etc.
Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks, including repairs and hazard mitigation.
Communicate effectively with the Accommodation Manager regarding maintenance needs and operational updates.
