Role Overview:

As an ItalianSpeaking Platform Safety Representative you will play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining the safety and integrity of our platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing usergenerated content and assessing its compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
• Identifying and addressing any violations or potential risks such as hate speech harassment or inappropriate content.
• Responding to user inquiries and concerns related to safety and moderation issues providing timely and helpful assistance.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for improving platform safety and enhancing user experience.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in online safety and moderation and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Italian with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret complex information effectively.
• Prior experience in content moderation online safety or a related field is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and online community dynamics is a plus.
