Responsibilities
- Helps in the achievement of companys sales orders & contribution targets as well as monitoring the profitability of accounts.
- Establishing accurate and transparent sales pipeline and forecasts.
- Achieving KPIs and targets in line with scorecard provided by their Immediate Head
- Help execute sales plans and activities inline with the overall Sales plans and strategy.
- Secure major project orders and assist colleagues to close sales.
- Provide market intelligence and gather info on assigned segments business trends
- Ensures familiarity with the nature of clients products business culture and competition and understands the possibility of changes to these.
- Find business opportunities through networking turn them into long term partnerships and manage customer relationships.
- Develop and manage sales territories e.g. direct accounts business partners partner accounts etcetera.
- Attends and organizes client meetings.
- Maintains and builds relationships with existing and possible clients.
- Does research activities on new trends competitions and new insights.
- Formulates new strategies and account plan that the company can undertake as per the need of the market.
- Attends official business trips (domestic or international) with clients and other partners.
- Attends company sponsored events and other company client servicing activities.
- Attends mandatory company sponsored trainings workshops and activities.
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements/Specifications/Competencies
- Graduate of Sales & Marketing Entrepreneurship Advertising or any Businessrelated course with Technical background such as Information Technology Computer Science or any IRrelated course.
- Preferably with Post Graduate units earned in Sales & Marketing Entrepreneurship or any ICT related field.
- With at least three (3) years of work experience as Account Manager Business Development or PreSales Engineer.
- Preferably someone with experience handling procurement processes and/or activities with any LGU (local government units) and National government.
- Preferably with experience handling accounts in Public Safety Transportation and other accounts like Managed Service and Financial Institutions.
- With established account relationship with high net worth private and institutional clients as well as government clients.
- Should have a proven track record in Account Management that shows profitability.
- With an above average planning budgeting and forecasting oral and communication skills; interpersonal; analytical; problemsolving; negotiating skills.
- Highly personable with exceptional PR skills; strong presentation negotiation and closing skills with proven track record of account management bringing with him/her a solid client database.
- Proficient in all computer software and applications particularly in Word Excel Power Point and Outlook.
- Must possess above average general management skills selfstarter resultsdriven and can manage changes well.
- Committed to excellent customer service and the Companys Code of Values.
- Highly motivated attentive to details can keep confidential matters and has ability to coordinate multiple projects.
- Must be highly organized analytical and systematic individual.
- Must have a sense of urgency and initiative to perform set duties even without instructions.
- Can work under minimum supervision and able to cope with pressures and deadlines.
