Senior Estimator - Public Works

Position: Senior Estimator Public Works
Location: Must be willing to commute or relocate to Livermore CA area
Base Salary: 160k 190k

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator for our Livermore CA office specializing in public works projects particularly in water and sewer treatment plants. The ideal candidate should possess over 15 years of experience with HCSS estimating software and have a strong background in contracting.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• HCSS proficiency (mandatory)
• Extensive experience in public works water and wastewater projects
• At least 10 15 years of relevant experience
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field

Role Requirements

• Must have experience working for a contractor
• Security clearance is not required
• Visa candidates will not be considered
• Project Management and Coordination: Delivering complex projects efficiently and effectively.

• Demolition: Safe and responsible structure removal
• Concrete Construction: Proficiency in various concrete applications
• General Construction Management: Comprehensive oversight of construction processes
• Earthwork: Expertise in land preparation for construction
