Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers providing recommendations and helping them get the items they are looking for.
• Handling cash and non cash transactions.
• Answering the phone and communicating effectively with customers.
• Maintain accurate cash drawers and account for all transactions.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting your fellow team members.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store including restocking shelves ensuring adequate inventory levels and following established merchandising standards.
• Resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with product information and promotions.
• Drive sales by upselling establishment menu items
• Other duties assigned by a superior.

Requirements

• 3 CSEC Level passes including Mathematics and English
• Relevant customer service experience including handling both a manual and a Digital POS System.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
• Passion for providing excellent customer service
• Ability to handle and manipulate cash and other forms of payment with accuracy.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
