Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing/coordinating and oversight of subcontractor HVAC Plumbing & Process Piping installations for a large Aerospace Manufacturing/Assembly Facility project.
  • Responsibilities include daily oversight and QA/QC of subcontractor installations including scheduling/coordination safety and installation integration with other trades per plans/specs.
  • QA/QC of Mechanical (HVAC Plumbing & Process Piping) Installations.
  • Preparation/review of schedule & reports for installations including equipment installation startup & commissioning.

Job Requirements:

  • Experienced professional with 10 years of minimum experience as Senior Mechanical superintendent on large aerospace / Manufacturing / Industrial projects ($ 50 to $ 100 mil).
  • Proficiency in Procore.
  • Strong experience with HVAC Plumbing & Process Piping Systems with knowledge of equipment materials and installations.
  • Excellent ability to read/interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent skills to communicate collaborate and schedule and coordinate subcontractor work.

Experience preferred:

  • Experience in Clean Room and Semiconductor Projects preferred
