• Greet customers promptly and help them find styles and sizes.
  
• Build rapport with customers and other associates.
  
• Merchandise the store while maintaining presentation standards.
  
• Work with the Visual Director to implement and change displays.
  
• Collect and process ecommerce and phone orders.
  
• Organize straighten and clean your department.
  
• Introduce the Company and its products and services to friends and neighbors.
  
• Achieve personal sales goals while helping the team reach its objectives.
  

Requirements

• A passion for fashion and an openness to learn.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• The ability to relate and work with a team effectively.
  
• The ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Previous clothing retail experience desired.
  
• Customer service experience.
  
• Proficiency in math computer skills accuracy and attention to detail.
