Nights; 2/week or none
Weekends; Fri (5p) Mon (7a) 2 weekends/month
OR Schedule: Mon Tue & Thu
Patient Demographics: Adults
Patient Volume: 16 (OP) 23 (OR)
Admissions: Yes
Rounding included: Yes
Physician in Practice: 1
Support Staff: PA First Assist CNP RN MA
Will supervise APP Yes
Procedures:
Arterial Embolectomy Endarterectomy or Direct Repair
Repair of Aneurysm Abdominal & Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm
Bypass for Occlusive Disease of an artery
Thoracic Outlet Decompression including Rib Resection
Sympathectomy cervical Thoracic or Lumbar
Intraoperative Thrombolysis
Anterior Spine Exposure; Thoracic and Abdominal
Venous procedures (IVC)
Hemodialysis Access Procedures
SEPS
Carotid and Brachiocephalic Endarterectomy or Bypass
Vascular Graft & Revision
Lymphatic Procedures
Placement of Venous & Arterial Vascular Access Devices Catheters Ports & Pumps
General Surgery procedures not specifically Delineated Tracheotomy
Trauma Level: III
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active OH License or IMLC
BC
