About You
- Recently completed a relevant IT course or currently working in an IT Technician role.

The Role
- Work on a bustling successful helpdesk providing topnotch support to clients at a 1st line level.
- Resolve queries efficiently or escalate tickets to colleagues when necessary.
- Enjoy a hybrid work model with four days from home and one day in the office.
