Location: Reidsville NC
Job description:
The Inside Sales Representative manages the full sales cycle for Tier 3 customers in the upholstery division. This includes scheduling appointments online product presentations generating leads and following up on customer needs.

The Inside Sales Representative manages the full sales cycle for Tier 3 customers in the upholstery division. This includes scheduling appointments online product presentations generating leads and following up on customer needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Work alongside sales team associates to prospect and grow new upholstery business for Tier 3 accounts.
- Develop strong customer and partner relationships with upholstery customers via email phone and inperson meetings during biannual shows.
- Prospect new accounts and grow customer base.
- Cold call potential customers for sales team and coordinate introductions and meetings with appropriate salesperson.
- Support customer service when needed.
- Assist internal departments in order fulfillment (customer service samplemaking shipping and accounting).
- Handle customer complaints and collaborate with the quality and manufacturing department to resolve problems.
- Attending sales meetings to exchange ideas and methods that support sales goals and other company objectives.
- Provide marketbased feedback regarding new products and sales opportunities.
- Represent the company twice per year at trade shows (or as needed) to maintain customer relations market new products and establish new relationships.
- Assist customer service entering market sample orders when needed.
Skills required:
- Strong work ethic and passion for a career in sales.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Resultsdriven.
- Very organized.
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (but not required); preferably in Business Marketing or Textiles.
- Some sales experience preferred.
