Job description: The Inside Sales Representative manages the full sales cycle for Tier 3 customers in the upholstery division. This includes scheduling appointments online product presentations generating leads and following up on customer needs.
Key responsibilities:
Work alongside sales team associates to prospect and grow new upholstery business for Tier 3 accounts.
Develop strong customer and partner relationships with upholstery customers via email phone and inperson meetings during biannual shows.
Prospect new accounts and grow customer base.
Cold call potential customers for sales team and coordinate introductions and meetings with appropriate salesperson.
