Tasks

• Managing and processing support requests effectively.
• Analyzing system logs to identify and resolve issues.
• Conducting remote troubleshooting to resolve customer problems.
• Providing toptier technical guidance and assistance in problemsolving.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• A customerfocused proactive attitude and a great team player.
• Knowledge of networking and Linux is prefered
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
