Job Description

Position Title: HR Executive

Location: Raipur

Salary:per month

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

Job Summary: The HR Executive will manage various HR functions at the Industrial Area Name plant. This role focuses on recruitment employee relations compliance with labor laws training and ensuring a safe productive and harmonious work environment. The HR Executive will work closely with plant management to meet workforce needs address employee concerns and support the overall goals of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the plant.
    • Conduct interviews background checks and onboarding of new employees.
    • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and local employment bodies to source talent.
    • Maintain records of employee hiring transfers and terminations.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns grievances and disputes.
    • Promote a positive work environment and ensure adherence to company policies.
    • Conduct employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
    • Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes.
  3. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs for employees.
    • Organize safety training and ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  4. Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industrial regulations.
    • Manage employee attendance leave records and payroll inputs.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Work with the safety officer to implement safety protocols and accident prevention measures.
  5. Performance Management:

    • Support the performance appraisal process and ensure timely evaluations.
    • Assist in setting performance goals and career development plans for employees.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to employees for performance improvement.
  6. HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate employee records including personal data employment history and benefits.
    • Prepare and submit HR reports to management as required.
    • Oversee the administration of employee benefits including health insurance retirement plans and leave policies.
    • Coordinate with the finance department on payrollrelated matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 25 years of experience in HR preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
