Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all facilities within the luxury property.
- Ensure that all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Develop and implement facility management strategies to enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage a team of facility staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the quality and timeliness of services and repairs.
