Job Description
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet the group's exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Train, motivate, and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring that all staff are well-versed in the latest cleaning techniques, health and safety protocols, and luxury service standards.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures that align with the group's commitment to excellence in guest service.
