Job Description
we are hiring HR Excecutive for leading export and import industry:
Coordinate and facilitate the export and import of goods including preparing documents clearing customs and arranging transportation.
Ensure compliance with regulations laws and industry standards including those related to customs trade and logistics.
Communicate with customers suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
Prepare and submit documents including commercial invoices packing lists and certificates of origin.
Manage and maintain accurate records and reports including shipment tracking and inventory management.
Requirements
Requirements:
2 years of experience in export and import coordination or a related field.
Bachelors degree in HR .
Knowledge of export and import regulations including those related to customs trade and logistics.
Experience with freight forwarding customs clearance and transportation management.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
