Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
2. Source and screen candidates through online platforms and networking.
3. Conduct interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
4. Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview schedules.
5. Ensure a smooth on boarding process for new hires.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Bachelor s degree in HR or relevant field preferred.
