What you will be doing:

• Support users who are experiencing problems with their computer or software.
• Leverage knowledge of cuttingedge technologies to optimize organizational efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings; provide input on intelligent solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop test and implement IT systems to further business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and debug IT systems to ensure errorfree functionality and end user satisfaction.
• Manage multiple tasks adhering to deadlines; communicate progress at regular intervals.
• Identify needed hardware and software to provide solutions to problems.
• Perform server installation upgrading deployment etc.
• Support ERP business systems including but not limited to end user and software problem resolution.
• Provide telephone facetoface and online support to customers (internal end users external customers suppliers etc.).
• Install and download appropriate software.
• Connect users to networks and provide initial training in facilities and applications.
• Provide information relating to customers hardware and software purchasing decisions.
• Undertake housekeeping and reporting functions for the area of responsibility.
• Respond to afterhours calls depending on company needs.

Experience you will need:

• Associate degree in Computer Science IT or related field and 2 years experience.
• Familiarity with IT standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
• Familiarity with programming languages: HTML PowerShell and .NET languages preferred.
• Awareness of current standards and trends in IT and emerging technology.
• Superior analytical and problemsolving skills.
