What you will be doing:

• Join an existing Litigation practice as a talented Litigation Attorney
• Handle litigation and creditor’s rights with 25 years of experience
• Manage an active litigation caseload
• Draft pleadings briefs motions and other litigation documents
• Conduct depositions and oral arguments
• Proactively and responsively address client and firm needs
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bring innovative ideas to grow the Litigation practice in Illinois and Wisconsin
• Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently

Experience you will need:

• 25 years of experience in litigation and creditors rights
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research writing and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage an active litigation case load
• Experience in drafting litigation documents
• Proven ability to handle depositions and oral arguments
• Demonstrated curiosity intuition and innovation
• Teamoriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Engagement and confidence in supporting the firms goals
