Position: Latvian Trust & Safety Investigator
Location: Lisbon Portugal (with Relocation Assistance)

Job Description:
As a Trust & Safety Investigator you will be an essential part of our customer service team focused on ensuring a secure and positive user experience. You will handle escalated cases conduct outbound calls and use analytical skills to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Review and assess escalated cases for policy violations or safety concerns making informed decisions based on established guidelines.
Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries via phone helpdesk and live chat; perform outbound calls to gather evidence and validate complaints.
Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints providing solutions and following up to ensure resolution.

Qualifications:
Fluent in Latvian with a strong command of English.
Authorized to work in Portugal (EU citizen residence card etc.).
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers
