What you will be doing:

• Support the growth of the civil litigation defense department.
• Handle a caseload from inception up through trial.
• Participate in depositions mediations and court appearances.

Experience you will need:

• 27 years of experience in first or third party litigation.
• Defense experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be a member of the Florida Bar or be sworn in shortly.
• Excellent and effective communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fastpaced litigation environment.
