Key Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing email templates that are consistent with our brand identity.

Segment email lists based on various criteria to ensure targeted and personalized communications.

Monitor email campaign performance analyze key metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Conduct A/B testing to evaluate different email elements and improve campaign results.

Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in email marketing to continuously enhance our strategies.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align email marketing efforts with other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.

Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.

Strong understanding of email marketing principles best practices and regulations (e.g. CANSPAM GDPR).

Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp Constant Contact) and marketing automation tools.

Excellent copywriting and editing skills with the ability to create compelling content.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with a remote team.
