What you will be doing:

• Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows relieving branches of high volume paperwork.
• Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches but not to customers.
• Perform tasks similar to those done by an associate level though with slightly more complex tasks requiring greater experience and knowledge.
• Work on escrow openings and closings.

Experience you will need:

• Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Flexible and selfmotivated.
• Strong decisionmaking skills.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Preferred 12 years of escrow processing experience.
• Must be able to follow escrow procedures and have awareness of regulations governing the escrow process.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
