Nature of Work:
Perform as an individual contributor in a team environment maintaining general accounting and financial processes of our company. Perform financial transactions and post them in the general ledger with strong attention to detail. Periodic administrative duties (scanning and filing reconciliations).
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with various accounting functions.
- Account analysis and reconciliation.
- Assisting with the monthly closing process.
- Preparing reports and completing special projects.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 years of accountingrelated experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Strong Excel experience.
- Experience in a construction/paving environment is a plus.
- Viewpoint Vista software experience is a plus.

Key Job Responsibilities: Work in an environment in compliance with all Brox safety policies and procedures Properly follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA and/or MSHA Communicate safety and equipment information to Plant Manager Participate in toolbox talks with co-workers and supervisors Display a professional and courteous attitude to customers, drivers, co-workers, supervisors, and the general public Acceptance of other responsibilities and duties as necessary Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent and valid driver s license. Experience preferred but willing to train. Work Environment: Outdoor-in and out of vehicle. High elevations & confined spaces. Days, nights and/or weekends.
