Career Overview

Responsible to lead the recuritment effort across various departments within the

organization. The role involves sourcing phone screening and selecting qualified candidates

through effective channels and ensuring positive candidate experience throughout the

recruitment process.

Work hour: 9AM to 6PM (Weekdays only)

Responsibilities

Manage endtoend recruitment process for various roles from identifying staffing

needs to candidate onboarding.

Utilize various channels such as job boards social media platforms professional

networks to source potential candidates.

Conduct phone screening interviews to assess candidates skills experience cultural fit

and career goals.

Coordinate and facilitate interview sessions with hiring managers and relevant

stakeholders.

Schedule interviews communicate interview details to candidates and ensure a

smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment salary

and benefits packages as needed.

Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into

the organization and are set up for success from day one.

Maintain accurate and uptodate records of recruitment activities including candidate

pipeline status hiring metrics and recruitment costs.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Main communication language Mandarin

Minimum 3 years of HR related work experience or as recruiter

Experience in recruitment processes and best practices shall be advantages

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
