ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance of existing RubyOnRails backend codebase
Enhance maintainability of the system by remove any unnecessary bloat from the project
Enhance performance of the system and improve fault tolerance.
Maintain an informed view of technical debt and the bug backlog within a technology area and establish priorities for code improvement.
Maintain good documentation of all work done within the system
Should work day to day with team members and service providers to provide guidance feedback and support.
Work Experience: 4 Years
Building small but scalable systems
Ability to manage the entire lifecycle of a project
Experience troubleshooting and solving complex and largescale software problems.
Strong written and communication skills. Technical Expertise
System Design RubyOnRails OOPS Postgresql Database RESTful API design
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
