Position Summary:
In this role you will split your time between Customer Support and Content Moderation:
Customer Support (70%):
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via email and live chat providing timely and professional responses.
- Ensure customers receive precise and thorough information helping to meet and exceed support goals.
Content Moderation (30%):
- Monitor and assess content on various platforms to ensure it aligns with company standards and local regulations.
- Actively contribute to maintaining a safe digital environment by addressing inappropriate or harmful content.
Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about and adhere to client policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues and identify areas for process improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to resolve issues.
- Engage in ongoing training to ensure compliance with moderation best practices.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Native Dutch or Flemish speaker with good command of English (B2 level).
- Technical Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience: No specific experience required but a strong willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail are crucial.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to make quick welljudged decisions paired with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Working Conditions:
- Shifts: Rotating shifts with working hours between 7:00 AM and midnight covering five days a week.
- Contract: Permanent fulltime position.
- Training: Twoweek comprehensive training which requires onsite attendance.
