Position Overview: We are seeking an Intermediate SQL Developer with over 4 years of experience to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in SQL and a proven track record of developing and optimizing database solutions. You will work on complex projects ensuring data integrity and performance while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test and maintain SQL queries stored procedures and functions.
• Design and optimize database schemas and ensure efficient data retrieval.
• Analyze and resolve database performance issues including query optimization and indexing.
• Collaborate with software developers analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for database structures procedures and workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot database systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Implement and enforce data security measures and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of experience as an SQL Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices.
• Experience with performance tuning query optimization and indexing.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools is a plus.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloudbased databases (e.g. AWS RDS Azure SQL) is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python PowerShell) for automation tasks.
• Certifications related to SQL or database management are advantageous.
