Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone chat & email
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction representing a major brand
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones tablets & more)
- Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
- Setup repairs for hardwarerelated issues
- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
What you will bring:
- Fluency in French (minimum C1) and Advanced English knowledge
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology is a plus
- Great communication skills
- Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Requirements:
- Fluent in French & English
- Highschool Degree
- Dynamic and Proactive
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and digital content trends.
- Excellent judgment and decisionmaking skills with the ability to handle sensitive and complex content issues.
