Job Description

Are you passionate about safeguarding the online world from scams fraud and harmful content We are on the lookout for dedicated Dutch or Flemish speakers to join our team as FullTime Customer Support & Content Moderators in the sunny paradise of Malta.

Role Description:

This hybrid role involves both Customer Support and Content Moderation:

Customer Support (70%):

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through email and live chat ensuring highquality timely resolutions.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to help customers with their issues and contribute to team support targets.

Content Moderation (30%):

  • Review and moderate content on various platforms to ensure it adheres to company guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Play a vital role in maintaining a safe online environment by identifying and addressing inappropriate content.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Stay current with and strictly follow client policies and guidelines.
  • Offer constructive feedback on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to existing processes.
  • Collaborate efficiently with internal teams and clients to resolve issues.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest moderation policies and practices.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Native in Dutch or Flemish with good English skills (B2 level).
  • Technical Skills: Competent in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience: No previous experience required; what we value is your eagerness to learn and your attention to detail.
  • Personal Attributes: Ability to make quick sound decisions with a proactive attitude and adaptability.

Working Schedule:

  • Shift Timing: Rotational shifts with working hours ranging from 7:00 AM to midnight five days a week.
  • Contract: Fulltime permanent position.
  • Training: A thorough twoweek training period requiring onsite presence.
