Role Overview:
In this role you will split your time between assisting customers and moderating online content:
Customer Support (70%):
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via email and live chat ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently.
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive information to customers contributing to the achievement of support goals.
Content Moderation (30%):
- Monitor and evaluate usergenerated content on various platforms to ensure it meets company guidelines and complies with legal standards.
- Help create a secure digital environment by addressing and reporting inappropriate content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about and adhere to client policies guidelines and best practices.
- Identify and suggest improvements in workflows tools and processes.
- Work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in ongoing training to ensure adherence to the latest content moderation standards.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native Dutch or Flemish speaker with a good command of English (B2 level).
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word.
- Experience: No prior experience is required; however a strong desire to learn and attention to detail are essential.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to make quick sound decisions with a proactive and adaptable approach to new challenges.
Work Schedule:
- Shifts: Rotational shifts with working hours from 7:00 AM to midnight five days per week.
- Contract: Permanent fulltime position.
- Training: Comprehensive twoweek training which requires onsite attendance.
