Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is essential for driving both inbound and outbound marketing efforts to reach and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns managing social media and analyzing performance metrics to optimize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development and Management:

• Design and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email marketing SMS direct mail and social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn).
• Create and manage marketing calendars to ensure timely and coordinated campaign execution.
• Develop compelling artwork and messaging for all marketing efforts to effectively communicate our brand and offerings.

Lead Generation and Brand Awareness:

• Develop strategies to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Engage with community groups and forums to promote our brand and foster relationships.
• Monitor and respond to customer interactions on social media to build a strong online presence.

Content Creation:

• Produce highquality content for various marketing initiatives ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.

Performance Analysis:

• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Use data insights to refine and improve future marketing strategies.

Social Media Management:

• Oversee and manage all company social media accounts.
• Create and curate engaging content to grow our social media following and drive user engagement.
• Stay uptodate with social media trends and best practices to keep our brand relevant and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing with a strong focus on campaign development and management.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms including email marketing software social media management tools and analytics software.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills with an eye for design and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Software Requirements:

• Proficiency in Canva Facebook Instagram LinkedIn.
